The Nepal Rastra Bank has released today’s foreign exchange rates, showing an increase in the value of the Australian dollar, euro, pound sterling, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar. Meanwhile, the US dollar has slightly weakened after two days of being unchanged.
Today, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs. 138.62, and the selling rate is Rs. 139.22, slightly lower than yesterday’s Rs. 138.74 and Rs. 139.34.
The euro has slightly increased, with a buying rate of Rs. 145.07 and a selling rate of Rs. 145.70, up from Rs. 144.56 and Rs. 145.19 yesterday.
The British pound has also gained value, with today’s buying rate at Rs. 174.40 and the selling rate at Rs. 175.15, compared to Rs. 173.27 and Rs. 174.02 yesterday.
The Australian dollar has risen to Rs. 87.82 for buying and Rs. 88.20 for selling, up from Rs. 86.95 and Rs. 87.32.
Similarly, the Kuwaiti dinar is now at Rs. 449.50 for buying and Rs. 451.44 for selling, slightly up from Rs. 449.32 and Rs. 451.26 yesterday.
However, the Bahraini dinar has slightly decreased, with today’s rates at Rs. 367.78 for buying and Rs. 369.37 for selling, compared to Rs. 368.10 and Rs. 369.69 yesterday.
These changes reflect ongoing shifts in the currency market, with most foreign currencies strengthening while the US dollar has slightly weakened.
