Kathmandu Valley recorded a temperature of 8.0 degrees Celsius early this morning (Thursday), according to the Weather Forecasting Division. The temperature was recorded at 5:45 am.

At the same time yesterday (Wednesday), the temperature was 7.9 degrees Celsius. However, during the official temperature reading taken at 8:45 am, it dropped to 7.4 degrees Celsius.

The Division will record today’s official minimum temperature at 8:45 am, and it is expected to be slightly lower than the early morning temperature.

The minimum temperature means the lowest temperature of the day, while the maximum temperature means the highest temperature of the day.

The Weather Forecasting Division records daily minimum and maximum temperatures in different parts of Nepal, including Kathmandu. The minimum temperature is recorded at 8:45 am, and the maximum temperature is recorded at 5:45 pm.
