India's Ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava, met with Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to talk about the recent situation between India and Pakistan after a terrorist attack happened in Pahalgam, India, on April 22.
During their meeting at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar, the ambassador explained the current tensions and said that the news about India carrying out a jet strike at the attack site was not true.
He also thanked Nepal for its official statement that strongly condemned the terrorist attack.
Prime Minister Oli also condemned the attack and said Nepal is always against terrorism. He added that Nepal supports peace and will not allow any country to use its land to harm its neighbors.
