House of Representatives to Discuss and Approve Key Bills Today

The House of Representatives (HoR) meeting is happening today (March 17) at the Parliament building in New Baneshwor at 11 am, as announced by the Parliament Secretariat.

The agenda for the meeting includes a proposal from Prime Minister KP Oli to introduce the "Amendment to Certain Nepal Acts Related to the Promotion of Good Governance and Public Service Delivery, Bill 2081." This will be discussed and approved "step by step".

In addition, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation, Balaram Adhikari, will present a proposal to amend the "Certain Nepal Acts Related to Cooperatives, Bill 1081." This will also be discussed and approved in the same manner.
