The government has initiated talks with the Durga Prasai-led campaign group at Singha Durbar, ahead of Prasai’s planned nationwide protest from Mangsir 7.

The government and the Durga Prasai-led “Government and Citizen Protection Campaign” have begun formal talks today at Singha Durbar.
The discussion, held at the Ministry of Home Affairs, took place in the absence of campaign leader Durga Prasai but was attended by his representatives, including Organization Department Chief Tijendra Prasad Rayamajhi, spokesperson Madhav Prasad Khatri, and member Devi Prasad Sangroula.
Prasai has announced plans to launch a nationwide protest starting Mangsir 7, reportedly in collaboration with the BP-led faction of the Nepali Congress.
